Next steps: After you have completed the initial application and applied to a position that meets your skillset and career aspirations, we will review both your application and resume. If you are selected to move forward, you will receive an email to schedule a first-round interview with our Talent Acquisition team so we can get to know you better.
Confirm your interview details: Once you have provided your availability to interview and Hain has selected either in-person, video, or over the phone, you will receive an email confirmation that includes all essential details: date, time (including time zone), and on-site or virtual interview details.
For video and/or phone interviews, Microsoft Teams details and all instructions will be included. Be sure to accept the calendar invites and confirm via email. If you are meeting multiple interviewers at different times, each invite will have its own Microsoft Teams connection information.
Be early, arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled interview so you can test your video and audio in advance to ensure there will be no technical difficulties.

Be the best version of you: During the interview, this is your chance to shine! Be prepared to dive into your skillset, current, and previous work history, and share why you would be the hire of choice for the position.
Interview us as we interview you: Be sure to ask questions about the role, the team, Hain Celestial, and get a feel for our culture. We want you to be as excited as we are to have you join the Hain Team!
Verbal offer: Interviews are complete and you’ve been selected! A representative from our Talent Acquisition team will reach out and extend a verbal offer, including all the pertinent details about the role, benefits, and compensation. Once the verbal offer is accepted, you will receive an offer letter.
Offer letter: Keep an eye out in your email inbox for a written offer. It will come from Hain Celestial Group Talent Acquisition do-not-reply@candidatecare.com. The offer letter will confirm details of your offer and request your electronic acceptance. Once you sign your offer letter, we will mailto:reply@candidatecare.cominitiate your background screening. Your offer is contingent upon a successful background screening, which takes approximately one week to complete.
Background screening: You will receive information from our vendor partner, BIS (Background Information Services), with information needed to successfully complete your background investigation. Please ensure you fill out all requested information and let your references know to keep an eye out for communications regarding your professional references.
Get started: Once all the above steps are complete, you will receive an email with your onboarding information. In the week prior to your start, you will receive first-day details including orientation information and first-day details. If you are remote, you will receive your tech shipment a couple of days prior to your start date.

I was not chosen for a role that I interviewed for or applied to. Should I continue applying for future roles if there is interest?
Yes! If you were not selected for one role, this does not mean you may not be the best candidate for another opportunity. We welcome your application!
Is a drug screen required?
Yes, a negative drug screen is required for production hourly positions at our plant facilities. Once we receive an accepted offer, the drug screen is a part of the background screening for plant roles.
How may I check my application status?
If you have already created a talent profile in our system, please log in using the credentials you created when applying and you can check the status of your application. If there is something still pending in regard to your application, it will be noted and requested that you finish your application.
